DEXA Health Vancouver Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway (“Contest”) is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, or representatives of DEXA Health Vancouver, Yard Athletics, and Nikola McDermott are not eligible to win.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @dexavancouver, @yardathletics_, and @nikolamcdermott on Instagram.

  2. Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.

  3. Tag at least one friend in the comments for one entry. Each additional tag counts as an additional entry as well as sharing the post.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements or that use bots, fake accounts, or spam tactics will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period

The giveaway begins on the date of the official Instagram post and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prizes

Winners will be selected at random to receive one of the following prizes:

  • 1 Year of DEXA Scans (1 scan per month for 12 months) – 1 winner

  • Personal Training Trial at Yard Athletics + 2 DEXA Scans (before/after) – 1 winner

  • Small Group Training Class Pack + 1 DEXA Scan – 1 winner

  • 1 Free DEXA Scan – 3 winners

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected using a random generator based on all eligible entries (likes and tagged comments). To qualify, winners must be following all required Instagram accounts at the time of the draw.

Winners will be announced on Instagram shortly after the contest closes and will be contacted via direct message from @dexavancouver. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to allow DEXA Health Vancouver to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram of all responsibility upon entry.

DEXA Health Vancouver reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond its control that affects the integrity or fairness of the contest.
