  • To schedule and administer appointments through our booking provider (Acuity Scheduling).

  • To analyze de-identified, aggregate data (e.g., total lean muscle mass scanned) for reporting trends or creating educational or marketing materials. No individual or identifiable data will ever be shared or disclosed publicly.

    • Other secure platforms supporting business operations

  • These services are selected based on strict data protection protocols, secure login access, and compliance with Canadian privacy principles.
